A full-scale demo with nothing to connect.
Tell us which publishers you are exposed to and which asset classes matter. We build the session around that answer, then walk the product at full scale on demo data, showing thousands of devices, a real licence position and a live cost model.
- An hour on the product and a written position afterwards
- Say you are exploring and nobody chases you weekly
- A technical person on every call, scoping call included
- Nothing to connect, so no credentials and no security review
“The tool has truly transformed how we work, making life a lot easier with complete visibility of assets and automation removing the need for manual intervention.”

Four steps from form to written position.
Evaluations drag on because the first meeting is a slide deck and the product turns up in week six. We start with the product.
-
Within one working day
A short scoping call
Twenty minutes to establish which asset classes matter, which publishers or clouds are hurting, and who needs to be in the room.
-
The session itself
Built for your questions
About an hour with the product at full scale, driven down the path you described on the scoping call.
-
Same session
Answered live
Ask for the screen behind the screen and it opens. If something is still on the roadmap, you are told so while you are looking at it.
-
Afterwards
A written position
What you asked for, what it would take to get there, and where we are not the right fit, set out in writing.
One sharp question beats an hour of features.
Answer one line of this table and the session has a spine. Answer more and it gets sharper.
- ITAM
- Which platforms your inventory keeps missing
- One record per device across Windows, macOS, Linux, AIX, HP-UX and Solaris
- SAM
- Which publisher is asking questions: Oracle, IBM, Microsoft or SAP
- That publisher’s effective licence position, entitlement maths shown
- SaaS
- Which applications you suspect nobody sanctioned
- Shadow IT and Shadow AI discovery, and the seats still billing after leavers
- Cloud
- What your cloud bill has done in the last three months
- The twenty-six named checks running, each on a named resource
- AI
- Which AI tools your teams have signed up to without telling you
- Models, GPUs and AI seats governed as one asset class
The questions we get asked.
How long does the demo take?
Twenty minutes to scope it, then a working session of about an hour. If you would rather split that across two shorter calls, say so on the scoping call.
Is this a live demo or a recording?
Live, driven by a person, in a populated environment running on demo data at production scale. Ask to see the screen behind the screen and you will see it, including the parts a recorded walkthrough skips.
What do you need from us beforehand?
Answers, not access: which publishers are on your mind, which asset classes matter and what prompted the search. Nothing connects to your systems, so nobody has to issue credentials, open a firewall exception or sign a data-processing agreement before you see the product working at full scale.
Who should be on the call?
Whoever owns the problem. Usually that is IT asset management, procurement or FinOps, plus someone from infrastructure or identity who will recognise whether the discovery model fits how you are built. Bring your security team if it helps them start early, and whoever owns the budget if commercials are already in play.
We are not ready to buy. Is it still worth booking?
Yes. You get an hour on the product and a written position afterwards, whether or not you go further. Say you are exploring on the form and nobody will chase you weekly.
Can we talk about commercials?
Yes. Flag it when we scope the session, and the written position sets out what it would take to get where you asked.

Model the savings against your own numbers, or read how the platform is put together. Neither asks for an email address.
