Our competitors assembled their portfolios by acquisition, so their customers end up integrating products never designed to speak to each other. CerteroX was one engineering decision, made in 2007 and held to since.
No exit driving the roadmap.
No private equity owner and no quarterly shareholder pressure. That is why the genuinely hard parts get built (Oracle options, IBM sub-capacity, Unix inventory) and not only the parts that demo well.
The verdict is theirs, not ours.
