Important News for all Certero Customers  

Dear Customer  

As we endure what is fast-becoming one of the most widespread health emergencies in the last 100 years, I want to reassure you that Certero is doing everything we can to minimize the impact on our customers.  To this end, I wanted to share with you some updates on our working practices as well as an offer to all customers that I hope will help in these difficult times.

Technical Support & Project Management  

Like a growing number of organizations around the world, we have taken the precautionary measure of introducing social distancing and empowering our staff to work remotely.  To ensure this does not impact our ability to support customers, all staff are fully-equipped with remote working and collaboration platforms.   As such, we foresee no adverse effects on our ability to continue delivering the highest levels of customer support and all customers should continue to interact with Certero in the normal ways.   

We have introduced a temporary halt to any customer-facing meetings.  However, again we are well-placed to continue with all ongoing projects thanks to our early adoption of collaboration software, video conferencing suites and the technical architecture of the Certero platform itself, which lends itself very well to remote management.  Again, I am confident there will be no disruption to current projects from Certero’s side.   


An offer to all On-Premises ITAM Customers  

For all customers of Certero’s ITAM and SAM products on-premises, we are pleased to do what we can and offer a free migration service to our SaaS platform.  This gesture is intended to help SAM and ITAM professionals across customer organizations remain as productive as possible in the event of having to implement remote working or cope with workforce absence.   For more details on this offer, contact your Certero success manager in the usual way.  


I will update you again if and when the situation changes further, but in the meantime, I would encourage you to lean on us at Certero as much as you need to in the days, weeks and months ahead.  We are all in this together.
